你的作业训练有效吗?

<font face="宋体">一段时间以来,我们把研究有效教学、实施有效教学作为一项重要工程来做。可以说寻求有效教学的突破口,提高教学质量是我们进行新课程改革的重要举措。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font> <p class="a" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">一、概况与结果</span><span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">本次调研主要采用调查问卷、座谈访问、测试结果分析等方法。问卷设计13个封闭型选择题,内容涉及学生作业训练的内容、形式;作业训练的量和难度;学生对于作业训练的态度;教师对于作业训练的评价和反馈;教师布置作业的协调性和编制试卷情况等诸多方面。为了确保调查的可信度,我们随机选择5所小学(2所省实验小学,3所一般农村中心小学)采用无记名的方式,共发放教师卷960份,回收944份,回收率为98.33%。学生问卷1500份,回收1460份,回收率为97.33%。</span><span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">调查结果如下:</span><span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">(一)学生作业训练内容与形式</span><span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">1.调查统计显示,在教师一般设计学生课余作业的内容中,选择书上或相关练习卷(册)的习题的占58%,高居几种形式的首位,其次是选择自己编制题目或练习的占40%,其他的</span><span lang="EN-US">“</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">借用同事设计好的练习卷</span><span lang="EN-US">”</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">和</span><span lang="EN-US">“</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">整张复印有关资料下发的</span><span lang="EN-US">”</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">各占1%。从教师问卷的情况来看,多数教师能根据学生的情况自己设计或者主观上也认同自己编制题目和练习,至少也能有针对性的选择习题。借用人家或者复印资料下发的教师的比例相当少。</span><span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">表一、主科老师布置作业的内容</span><span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt;"><span lang="EN-US"> </span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">.在教师布置学生的课外作业形式上,选大部分是书面作业,少量口头作业的占38%,选书面、口头及操作作业的占37%。下面依次是</span><span lang="EN-US">“</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">少量书面作业,大部分口头作业</span><span lang="EN-US">”</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">和</span><span lang="EN-US">“</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">都是书面作业</span><span lang="EN-US">”</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">,从统计的数值上来看,作业的形式呈多样化的趋势。但还是以书面和口头作业为主(占53%),在访谈过程中,我们还得知,还有相当数量的教师以单一的书面作业的形式来训练学生,使学生对老师布置的题目感到乏味,看来追求训练形式的多样化还需我们老师进一步努力。</span><span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">1.我们对学生实施</span><span lang="EN-US">“</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">你时常有完不成的学科作业吗,原因是什么?</span><span lang="EN-US">”</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">的问卷,有35%的学生认为</span><span lang="EN-US">“</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">时常或者偶尔有,作业量太多且难</span><span lang="EN-US">”</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">,30%的认为作业实在多来不及做,也相当数量的学生认为</span><span lang="EN-US">“</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">,但也有36%的学生认为没有,</span><span lang="EN-US">“</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">老师布置的都来不及做</span><span lang="EN-US">”“</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">做完老师布置的作业差不多</span><span lang="EN-US">”</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">。进一步座谈表明:来不及作业有三个原因,一是题目太难,二是学生没有理解,三是题目太多。所以精选题目和布置难度适宜的题对于学生自主学习的影响会很大。</span><span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">表二、教师布置的课外作业的难易程度及分层要求的情况</span></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">3.调查显示,47%的教师认为学生的作业负担很重,自己也较辛苦。由于多种复杂因素的影响,学生过重的学业负担依然存在,这是我们从教师角度间接得出的初步结论,但同时我们也欣喜看到大部分教师(53%)正在逐步为学生负担的减轻而努力。</span><span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt;
